ZiBo Sanlin New material Co., Ltd was established on May 18th of 2006, with registered capital 90,080,000 RMB. ZiBo Santi New Material Co., Ltd is a share controlled branch co***ny of Sanlin., which was founded on Oct 15th of 2007, with registered capital 119,400,000 RMB. It was jointly established by ZiBo Sanlin New Material Co., Ltd and Hong Kong Million Holdings Limited. The capital of both co***nies is 539,750,000RMB and the occupation of land is 20 hectares. The project of co***ny is classified as ¡°the priority project of Shandong province in 2009¡±. The co***ny is conferred the ¡°Zibo Nuclear Power Equipment and Supplementary Material Industrial Park¡± by Shandong government.
The co***ny has the world¡¯s advanced technical skill and high-end equipments. It imported the 12T Steel/Ti vacuum arc remelting furnace from German ALD co***ny, which has the biggest output in China. Furthermore, Sanlin co***ny introduced the most advanced world level of 2500T Precision Forging Machine RUTHNER production line from Austria and purchased a 20MN2000T High-speed Forging Machine production line from LanZhou petrochemical machine factory. The co***ny bought a ZGM1200mm 20 rollers high alloy steel rolling mill from Beijing which adopts the advanced technics and technical equipment, subsitituting the importation. The rolling mill has a small moment of force, few rolling rounds and a short rolling distance. It reduces energy consumption and has a high precision, applicable to roll multiple alloy material.
